Payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or as agreed).

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide required access (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Shopify/website backend if needed).

Supply accurate product details, creatives, or branding materials if requested.

Comply with advertising policies set by Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

6. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns according to your selected plan.

Provide reports and updates as agreed in the package.

Maintain confidentiality of all client data.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Business losses or revenue decline outside of campaign scope.

Platform restrictions, account bans, or policy enforcement by Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

Issues caused by inaccurate client-provided information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by us (ad copies, designs, strategies) remain the property of CosmeticBrandsGrow.com unless agreed otherwise.

Clients may use campaign materials only during active subscription.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

The client breaches these Terms.

Payments are not made.

Client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices.

10. Governing Law
